Affiliate Program Terms
These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in the 180 Peptides Affiliate Program. By applying, participating, using an affiliate link, or accepting affiliate commissions, you agree to comply with these terms.
Program Eligibility & Approval
Participation in the 180 Peptides Affiliate Program is subject to review and approval. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Applicants must provide accurate information and must be legally able to enter into binding agreements in their jurisdiction.
180 Peptides reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate an affiliate account at its discretion when necessary to protect the brand, customers, program integrity, or legal compliance.
Commission Rate
Approved affiliates may earn a standard commission equal to 30% of qualifying referred sales, subject to these terms, program exclusions, order validation, and any adjustments communicated by 180 Peptides.
The 180 Peptides Affiliate Program may also use product-specific commission rates. Individual products may carry different commission amounts based on the applicable commission schedule, with commissions generally equal to 30% or more of the applicable product value unless otherwise stated.
A current Product Commission Chart showing the applicable commission rate or amount for participating products will be made available to approved affiliates after login through the affiliate portal. Affiliates should refer to the current chart before promoting a product, as rates may vary by product and may be updated from time to time.
Commission is calculated only on eligible product revenue attributed to the affiliate. Taxes, shipping charges, refunds, discounts, chargebacks, canceled orders, fraudulent transactions, and other excluded amounts may not be commissionable.
180 Peptides may modify commission rates, product-specific commission amounts, or program structures in the future. Material changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.
Referral Attribution
Affiliates receive a unique referral link or tracking identifier through the 180 Peptides affiliate system.
Referral attribution is determined by the tracking configuration active at the time of the customer’s visit and purchase, including applicable cookie duration, referral records, browser conditions, and program rules.
Commission cannot be guaranteed where tracking is blocked, removed, overwritten, disabled, or otherwise unavailable.
When a Referral Earns Commission
- The customer must reach 180 Peptides through valid affiliate tracking.
- The resulting order must be successfully paid and accepted.
- The transaction must not be fraudulent, canceled, refunded, or charged back.
- The order must comply with 180 Peptides purchase and research-use policies.
- The applicable 15-day order maturity period must have passed before commission becomes payable.
- The affiliate must remain in good standing at the time commission is approved.
Excluded Referrals & Commission Reversals
Refunded or Canceled Orders
Commission may be reversed or withheld when the underlying order is refunded, canceled, disputed, or otherwise invalidated.
Fraudulent Transactions
Orders associated with suspected fraud, abuse, stolen payment methods, false identities, or manipulated referral activity are not eligible.
Self-Referral Abuse
Affiliates may not create artificial commissions through prohibited self-referrals, coordinated purchases, duplicate accounts, or other attempts to manipulate attribution.
Program Violations
Commissions connected to prohibited advertising, unauthorized claims, spam, trademark abuse, or other violations may be withheld or reversed.
Commission Approval & Payment
Because 180 Peptides provides a 14-day refund period, commissions are not considered settled or payable immediately when an order is placed.
Each qualifying referred order must complete a 15-day processing and maturity period before the associated commission becomes eligible for payment. This allows the applicable refund, cancellation, dispute, and order-validation period to be completed before affiliate funds are released.
If an order is refunded, canceled, disputed, charged back, or otherwise invalidated before the commission becomes payable, the corresponding commission may be canceled, withheld, or reversed.
If an affiliate generates five qualifying sales during the first week of a month, those orders will generally complete their 15-day maturity period before the end-of-month payout and may therefore be included in that month’s payment.
If the same affiliate generates three additional qualifying sales during the final week of that month, those newer orders will not yet have completed the required 15-day maturity period by month-end. The related commissions will remain pending and, assuming the orders remain valid, will become eligible for the following month’s payout.
Payout frequency, minimum payout thresholds, supported payment methods, and other payout requirements will be displayed within the affiliate portal or communicated through official program documentation.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout information and for any tax reporting or tax obligations associated with affiliate income.
W-9 Requirement for Affiliate Payments
Affiliates who are required to provide U.S. tax documentation must submit a completed IRS Form W-9 before affiliate commissions can be paid.
A downloadable copy of Form W-9 is available inside the Affiliate Portal under Creatives. Affiliates may also download the current IRS Form W-9 directly from the Internal Revenue Service: Download IRS Form W-9 .
Once completed, the W-9 should be submitted by email to affiliates@180peptides.com .
Affiliate payments may be withheld until all required tax documentation has been received and accepted. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that the information provided on their tax forms is complete and accurate and for complying with their own tax-reporting obligations.
Responsible Promotion
Affiliates may promote 180 Peptides only through lawful, accurate, and responsible marketing practices consistent with our research-use positioning.
Affiliates must clearly identify themselves as affiliates where required by applicable advertising and endorsement laws and must disclose that they may receive compensation from qualifying purchases.
Medical & Human-Use Claims Are Not Allowed
180 Peptides products are offered exclusively for laboratory, analytical, and in vitro research purposes.
Affiliates may not promote products as intended for human or veterinary consumption, administration, treatment, diagnosis, disease prevention, therapeutic use, dosing, body transformation, clinical application, or guaranteed health outcomes.
- No medical-treatment claims.
- No diagnosis or disease-prevention claims.
- No dosing or administration instructions.
- No before-and-after health or body transformation claims.
- No claims that a product is FDA-approved unless specifically authorized and factually accurate.
- No representation that affiliate content constitutes medical advice.
Paid Advertising & Search Marketing
Affiliates may not bid on, purchase, or otherwise use protected 180 Peptides brand terms, trademarks, misspellings, domain variations, or confusingly similar terms in paid search advertising unless expressly authorized in writing.
Affiliates may not create advertisements that impersonate 180 Peptides, appear to be official company communications, or direct users through misleading redirects or deceptive landing pages.
180 Peptides Name, Logo & Creative Assets
Affiliates may use approved 180 Peptides brand materials only for authorized affiliate promotion and only in accordance with current brand guidelines.
Affiliates may not alter logos in a misleading manner, register domains or social handles that impersonate 180 Peptides, claim ownership of company trademarks, or present themselves as employees or official representatives of the company.
Prohibited Promotional Practices
- Unsolicited bulk email or spam.
- Automated comments or deceptive social-media promotion.
- Fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, or misleading endorsements.
- Cookie stuffing or forced referral tracking.
- Malware, adware, hidden redirects, or deceptive browser behavior.
- False discounts, unauthorized coupons, or fabricated promotions.
Discount Codes
Affiliates may promote only discounts, coupon codes, or promotional offers officially authorized by 180 Peptides.
Expired, fabricated, altered, private, or unauthorized promotional codes may not be advertised as valid offers.
Affiliate Content
Affiliates are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of content they publish.
Statements about 180 Peptides products must be consistent with information provided by 180 Peptides and may not exaggerate, misrepresent, or create unsupported claims regarding product characteristics, laboratory results, research findings, purity, safety, or intended use.
Independent Affiliate Relationship
Affiliates participate as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, partners, franchisees, joint venturers, or legal representatives of 180 Peptides.
Affiliates have no authority to bind 180 Peptides, make commitments on behalf of the company, or represent that they possess such authority.
Affiliate Account Responsibility
Affiliates are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their affiliate account credentials.
Suspected unauthorized access or account compromise should be reported promptly to 180 Peptides.
Program Enforcement
180 Peptides may suspend or terminate participation for violations of these terms, misleading advertising, prohibited product claims, fraudulent activity, abusive referral practices, brand impersonation, unlawful conduct, or other activity that may harm the company, customers, or affiliate program.
Depending on the circumstances, unpaid commissions associated with prohibited or fraudulent activity may be withheld, canceled, or reversed.
Modification or Discontinuation
180 Peptides may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program, commission structure, product-specific commission rates, tracking rules, payout requirements, promotional policies, or these Affiliate Program Terms when reasonably necessary.
Updated terms become effective when published or on another stated effective date.
Other 180 Peptides Policies
Affiliate participation is also subject, where applicable, to the general 180 Peptides Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, refund policies, research-use requirements, and other published website policies.
