Getting Your Order
What are your shipping details?
Please review our Shipping Policy for current fulfillment times, shipping methods, delivery information, and other important shipping details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Your tracking number and carrier information will be included in that message.
You can also review available order information through your 180 Peptides account if you created an account during checkout.
How quickly are orders fulfilled?
Our standard goal is to prepare eligible orders for shipment within 24–48 hours after payment has been confirmed.
Weekends, holidays, high-volume periods, payment verification, or circumstances outside our control may affect processing time.
If I purchased shipping insurance, how do I file a claim?
If your order was protected through Route Shipping Protection, eligible lost, damaged, or qualifying delayed-shipment claims can be submitted directly through Route.
Claim eligibility and resolution are subject to Route’s current terms and coverage requirements.
If Something Goes Wrong
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature and handling requirements of our research products, we generally do not accept product returns.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has another legitimate product issue, please contact us promptly through the form on our About Us page.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable. After review, we will determine whether a replacement or other resolution is appropriate.
Please review our Refund & Returns Policy for complete terms.
What happens if my package never arrives?
First review the carrier tracking information and verify that the shipping address entered with your order was complete and accurate.
If the shipment appears lost or there is a delivery problem, contact us through the form on our About Us page with your order number and tracking information.
If shipping protection was purchased, you may also be eligible to submit a claim directly with the applicable shipping-protection provider.
Product Verification
Do you have your products tested?
Yes. 180 Peptides uses independent third-party laboratory testing to evaluate applicable product characteristics including identity and analytical purity.
Available Certificates of Analysis can be reviewed in our Lab Tests / COA Library.
Product-specific COA documentation may also be made available through individual product pages as reports are added.
What does 99%+ HPLC purity mean?
High-Performance Liquid Chromatography, or HPLC, is an analytical technique used to separate and evaluate components within a sample.
A reported HPLC purity result represents the analytical purity measured by the testing laboratory for that particular tested sample and batch.
Where can I find a Certificate of Analysis?
Visit our dedicated Certificates of Analysis library to review currently available laboratory reports.
We continue adding reports as product and batch documentation becomes available.
Product & Research Questions
Are these products FDA-approved for medical use?
Most compounds offered by 180 Peptides, including products such as BPC-157, MOTS-c, and Meta Lean, are investigational research compounds and are not FDA-approved for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of disease.
Products sold by 180 Peptides are supplied exclusively for laboratory and in vitro research purposes.
How do I use my peptide? Are there instructions?
180 Peptides does not provide medical advice, dosing instructions, administration guidance, or instructions for human or veterinary use.
Products are sold exclusively for laboratory and in vitro research purposes. Researchers are responsible for establishing appropriate protocols within their own qualified laboratory environment.
How do I reconstitute my peptide?
Reconstitution requirements vary by compound and research protocol. 180 Peptides does not provide medical, dosing, or administration instructions.
Researchers should follow validated laboratory procedures, product-specific documentation, and the protocols established by their institution or research environment.
How much bacteriostatic water do I use to reconstitute?
There is no universal reconstitution volume for every research compound. The appropriate preparation depends on the compound, concentration, analytical procedure, and research protocol.
180 Peptides does not provide dosing or human-use preparation instructions. Qualified researchers should use their established laboratory methodology and applicable product documentation.
Do I need bacteriostatic water or syringes?
Laboratory preparation requirements vary according to the compound and research protocol.
Please review the individual product description to confirm exactly what is supplied with each 180 Peptides product.
180 Peptides does not provide syringes with orders.
Do I receive bacteriostatic water or syringes with my order?
Most applicable lyophilized research products include a 3ML vial of bacteriostatic water unless the individual product description states otherwise.
Always review the specific product page before ordering to confirm exactly what is included.
Syringes are not included with any 180 Peptides order.
How long do peptides last?
Stability and storage characteristics vary substantially by compound, formulation, environmental conditions, and whether the material remains lyophilized or has been prepared for a specific laboratory protocol.
Researchers should follow product-specific stability documentation, laboratory procedures, and any applicable Certificate of Analysis or manufacturer documentation rather than applying one storage timeline to every compound.
Which compounds are commonly studied in tissue and injury-repair research?
BPC-157 and combinations involving BPC-157 + TB-500 are frequently investigated in laboratory research involving connective tissue, cellular repair pathways, angiogenesis, and collagen organization.
How is Meta Lean studied in metabolic research?
Meta Lean is studied in relation to simultaneous activity involving GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptors.
